Text should be submitted in the body of the email, or attached as a Word document. Please do not submit tables, digests, or submission/application forms. Please feel free to include a URL that links to further information about your listing. Attach jpg, gif or pdf images to your email.

You will be notified when it is posted, usually within two days. This service is provided free of charge.

For efficiency and continuity, please include the following in your submission:

Your name or organization involved
The Group / Artist involved, if applicable
The Title of the event, news item, call, or professional opportunity
The dates involved (i.e. start, end, deadline, reception)
Description
Related images, if applicable
Contact information, if applicable
URL / web address, if applicable
